A spa should be ready the moment you want it. Warm, clean, and perfectly balanced, not a chore you have to think about. Polar Pools keeps spas and hot tubs across the Wasatch Front, from Santaquin to Ogden, in that ready-to-soak state year round with regular bi-weekly service.
Spa water is smaller in volume but more demanding. High temperatures and heavy use throw chemistry off faster than a pool does. Every visit, we test and balance your water, clean the surfaces, clear out debris, and check your equipment for any early signs of trouble. For spas under 20,000 gallons, all routine maintenance chemicals are included in your price.
Whether you have a standalone hot tub or a spa built into your pool, we service both. And if you have a pool and spa together, our bundle pricing keeps everything covered on a single visit. Same thorough approach, whether it's twelve thousand gallons or twelve hundred.

Common questions
Do you service standalone hot tubs, or only spas attached to a pool?
Both. Whether your spa stands alone or is built into your pool, we service it. If you have a pool and spa together, our bundle pricing covers both on the same visit.
Are chemicals included for spa service?
Yes. For spas under 20,000 gallons, all routine maintenance chemicals are included in your monthly price. Abnormal water conditions may require additional chemicals, and we'll always let you know first.
How often should a spa be serviced?
Because spa water is hot and heavily used, chemistry shifts faster than in a pool. Bi-weekly service keeps it consistently clean and balanced without you having to manage it.
Why not once a month?
We can, but we don't recommend it. When we're only coming out once a month, spas get dirty quickly between visits, and the chemistry is much harder to keep balanced when it isn't tended regularly. Staying on top of the water is what keeps it clean and ready to soak. Ideally that's weekly, but bi-weekly is the minimum we'd suggest.
