Overview

About this service

Your pool should be the easiest part of owning a home, not a second job. Polar Pools handles bi-weekly and weekly maintenance for homeowners across the Wasatch Front, from Santaquin to Ogden, so your water stays clear, balanced, and ready to swim without you lifting a finger.

Every visit, we test and balance your water chemistry, then brush, skim, and vacuum the pool from top to bottom. We're not a dip-a-strip-and-leave service. We stay until your pool is actually clean. For pools under 20,000 gallons, all routine maintenance chemicals are included in your monthly price, so there are no surprise add-ons.

We also inspect your equipment on every single visit. That means small issues like a worn seal, a struggling pump, or an early leak get caught before they turn into expensive repairs. It's the difference between a pool that's maintained and one that's just visited.

FAQ

Common questions

Are chemicals really included?

Yes. For pools under 20,000 gallons, all routine maintenance chemicals are included in your monthly price. Pools over 20,000 gallons or with abnormal water conditions may need additional chemicals, and we'll always tell you before applying any charge.

Do I need to be home for service?

No. As long as we can access your pool area, you don't need to be home. Many of our customers never have to rearrange their day.

Is there a contract?

No contracts. Service is month to month, so you stay because it's working, not because you're locked in.

Why not once a month?

We can, but we don't recommend it. When we're only coming out once a month, pools get dirty quickly between visits, and the chemistry is much harder to keep balanced when it isn't tended regularly. Staying on top of the water is what keeps it clear and swim-ready. Ideally that's weekly, but bi-weekly is the minimum we'd suggest to keep your pool in good shape.
