* Routine maintenance chemicals included for pools under 20,000 gallons. Pools over 20,000 gallons are subject to chemical costs at the customer's expense. Abnormal water conditions (algae blooms, green pools, extreme chemical imbalance, or pools not serviced within 30 days) may require additional chemical charges regardless of pool size. We'll always notify you before applying any surcharge.
